How to buy a mobile home at the campsite?

How to choose a plot of land?
If you buy a new mobile home, you can choose your location when you order. The purchase of a second-hand mobile home is done on site, it cannot be moved.
Can I stay at the campsite all year round?
La Baie de Cayola is not a Residential Leisure Park (PRL) and is therefore not open all year round. You can therefore live on the campsite during the whole opening period, from March 15th to November 15th.

What are the opening dates of the campsite?
La Baie de Cayola campground is open from March 15 to November 15 for residents, and from April 1 to the All Saints’ Day vacations for rentals.
When is the pool open?
You can enjoy the indoor pool with its whirlpool and jacuzzi from April to October. The outdoor pool is open from the beginning of July to the end of August and the waterslides are open from June to September (possibility to extend the opening period depending on weather conditions). From 10am to 7pm.

Should I bring the sheets?
You can bring your own bedding or rent it when you make your reservation. See the rates
Are pets allowed at the campground?
Yes, we know it’s hard to part with your pets. That’s why animals are welcome on our campsite: we accept dogs and cats (except 1st and 2nd category and maximum 2 per rental)

At what time can I arrive at the campsite?
Arrivals are from 15:00 and departures before 10:00.
What are the opening dates of the kids club?
Children’s club leaders are present throughout the summer (July-August) for children aged 6 to 12 years. The kids club is open from Monday to Friday
Does the campsite organize teen/adult activities?
Yes, in July and August, an animator is present from Monday to Friday to propose you animations for teenagers and adults in the campsite or outside. Entertainment for the whole family is also planned in the evening during the summer.

Will I be safe at La Baie de Cayola?
Yes. As a professional in the outdoor hospitality industry, we are subject to regulations and protocols that guarantee a high level of safety.
Our team is trained to offer you a service of irreproachable quality and for your safety certain services will be modified to respect the governmental instructions.
Our campsite gives you access to large natural areas in the open air and you will be able to move around easily, taking into account the rules of distancing.

What should I bring?
We ask you to bring your own masks, as it is required to wear them in certain areas, such as transportation, pharmacies, health centers, etc…
What is the sanitary protocol in place at the campsite?
To access the reception of the campsite, the rule of distance of 1m minimum must be respected, within the limit of 2 customers maximum in the reception.
Hydro-alcoholic gel is available and we ask you to use contactless payment methods (contactless credit card, secure online payment on the website, bank transfer or check) when possible.
Your rental and your keys will be disinfected before your arrival and after your departure according to a strict protocol with virucide product. On request, a disinfectant spray can also be made available to you throughout your stay in your rental.

Is the Health Pass mandatory?
The VACCINAL PASS (from 16 years old) is no longer required since March 14th.
What about the disinfection of rental accommodation?
As part of our secure check in / check out, we guarantee the disinfection of your accommodation, keys and barrier badge according to a strict protocol with a virucide product. A disinfectant sprayer is also at your disposal throughout your stay.
What sanitary measures are in place in public places?
Wearing a mask is no longer mandatory, but the barrier measures must still be applied throughout the campsite.
Will I be reimbursed if I have a Covid-19?
A Cancellation Insurance Option is available. This insurance covers you in case of COVID-19. Do not hesitate to contact us for more information.
