La Baie de Cayola campsite rallies for the fifth Vendée Coeur event
What is the Vendée Cœur?
This year, we met with the heads of the association Vendée Coeur. L’sports, music and solidarity event supports a very worthy cause: putting smiles back on the faces of sick children. Every year, Vendée Cœur collects donations which are redistributed to various associations.
In 2024, 3 associations are supported by the event. The association premiers de cordée was chosen for its commitment to hospitalized sick children. The association offers sports initiations in hospitals. Part of the proceeds will also go to AVLC, the’Association Vendéenne de Lutte contre le Cancer (Vendée Cancer Association) and The Camino de l'Espoir, which helps children with motor or sensory difficulties. We were touched by the cause and the spirit of generosity and conviviality of the event. The campsite and its entire team are delighted to become partner of Vendée Cœur !
The race for donations is on !
We're going to need a bit of Stand up Paddle training to form a team and take part in the relay. In the meantime, we're starting by supporting the event financially.

- 10 a.m. - Fanfare Saugrenue parade
